“There is only a breath in this moment in your palm”.
And unsurprisingly, this song was written about a moment of a hand resting on a knee of a newly lesbian couple, while watching an Israeli lesbian movie in the cinema.

In “Ambatya” (Bathtub), Yuval Gilboa’s first clip, a gay relationship is presented, perhaps romantic, perhaps casual and friendly. Through the bathtub curtains, the clip creates an entire world in which everything is possible – soap bubbles, shadows, lights and dance – and they all help to alleviate the loneliness of the two, even if for a short time.

This pride clip was created during the ongoing war, reflecting the struggle and discrimination the queer community faces, especially during the war. It provides an artistic platform for protest, highlighting the absurdity that while members of the LGBTQ community sacrifice their lives in battle, the government perpetuates inequality and discrimination.

“Miracle” delves into the hidden aspects of ourselves – the parts we often avoid but are essential for true growth, development, and happiness. Like shadows, they linger, unnoticed yet ever-present, quietly asking for recognition and expression. These parts don’t fade; instead, they intensify, demanding attention in any way they can, saying, “I am here.” When we finally have the courage to face these darker parts of ourselves, walls fall, and a healthier, truer present begins to take shape.

After many failed election rounds in pre-war Israel, Tom Schneid, the gay creator, rapper and activist decides to run for parliament.
“Reshima” (List) is a response to homophobic voices in the Knesset, and was released directly after the infamous anti-LGBTQ political party “Noam” led by Avi Maoz released their “List of known LGBTs in the media” – a brutal campaign against queer people, who were accused of “taking over Israel”.
The song is a diss-track that was released with a full on satirical political campaign.
Director: Tom Schneid
