The film tells the story of Samira Saraya, an Arab musician and creator, who faces coming out of the closet in Arab society. Samira, a former nurse, who now has a busy stage and screen career, never invited her family to one of her performances. Such an invitation requires a clear coming out of the closet, not only for her, but also for her family, who will have to admit that they have a lesbian family member. The upcoming performance in Haifa, the city of her childhood, with the Israeli hip-hop group “System Ali” with whom she performs, forces her to face her feelings of shame.
