An extra terrestrial/zombie rises from the ocean, picked up by a surfer. After a deadly accident he fucks the deceased surfer, bringing him back to life. Is he really a supernatural creature or a schizophrenic delusional homeless person? On the sidelines of LA life he meets gangsters, druggies and the homeless.
