Amos Guttman’s firs film is a cinematic breakthrough, and is considered to be the first Israeli film to seriously deal with the world of gays in Israel. Rubi lives with his grandmother, and works at the grocery store. Rubi is obsessed with two things: movies and men. All of his sexual experiences are channeled to fulfill his dream: to be a film director. The film won three “David’s Viollin” awards, the actor Jonathan Sagall won Best Actor award in Film from the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
